PLEASE READ
* Prior to your appointment, you should follow a low fat/low carb diet.
* Drink at least 1.5 to 2 Liters of water each day during your sessions. (soft drinks, soda, juice or tea is not water)
WATER IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS PROCESS
* DO NOT drink alcohol on the day of treatment nor 48 hours after.
* Do not have a hot shower (warm is fine), spa or sauna 24 hours after treatment.
* Diet: Eating a balanced, healthy diet of lots of greens and fresh fruits is recommended.
*Exercise: Do a brisk exercise for at least 20 minutes after your treatment to stimulate lymph movement.
*Wear gym clothes attire and bring a pair of sneakers for vibration plate that you will be on for 10-15 minutes after your treatment.
**PLEASE BRING YOUR WAIST TRAINER TO PUT ON AFTER YOUR SESSION*** If you don't have one, you can purchase one at your appointment.
If you are on your Menstrual Cycle, please schedule once you’re done if getting treatment to your abdomen area.
If you are Breastfeeding, please wait until you are no longer breastfeeding to receive treatments.
